• Business data: clients, work orders, invoices, quotes, team members
• Payment data: billing details processed by Stripe (we do not store card numbers)
• Usage data: log data, IP address, browser type, pages visited

• To provide and improve the Service
• To process payments and manage subscriptions
• To send transactional emails (invoices, quotes, reminders)
• To respond to support requests
• To comply with legal obligations

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate WK Pro:

• Supabase — database and authentication (data stored in AWS)
• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Vercel — application hosting

Each provider has its own privacy policy and data processing agreements.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon cancellation, data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted. You may request immediate deletion by contacting us.

We use essential cookies only — to maintain your login session and cache subscription status. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
