By accessing or using WK Pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
WK Pro is a SaaS platform for service providers to manage work orders, invoices, quotes, clients, and team members. The Service is provided as a subscription-based product accessible via web and mobile browsers.
New accounts receive a free trial period (7 or 14 days depending on eligibility). No credit card is required during the trial. At the end of the trial, access to the Service is suspended until a subscription is purchased.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are displayed in your local currency at checkout. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for unused portions of a subscription period.
You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. Upon cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, during which you may export it.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, or to interfere with the operation of the Service.
WK Pro is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.
